To Mr. Hogeboom,
Hy -Vee is currently in the
design and planning stages for
a new store in Columbia
Heights. This letter is to request
that the City of Columbia
Heights
consider placing a city
liquor store inside the new Hy -Vee location. This space
would be approximately 3,000 to
5,000 square feet. We
look forward to working
together with you on this matter.
