HomeMy WebLinkAbout2016-61RESOLUTION 2016 -61 ffl �. �� 1, • , • Ni- AFE'GALWYE4111 ,�, I ANDINTERNS WHEREAS, the City of Columbia Heights adopted a Wage Compensation Program for Non - Unionized City Employees effective January 1, 1980 (Resolution 80 -47), which indicated that on an annual basis, changes may be adopted in Wage Ranges; and WHEREAS, effective August 1, 2016 the State of Minnesota minimum wage is being increased from the current $9.00 per hour to $9.50 per hour. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Columbia Heights establishes new wage ranges for non - unionized seasonal /temporary Recreation positions as indicated on Schedule 111, which is attached and on file in the office of the City Manager; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such schedule be effective August 1, 2016.
