A.améz“;­: Magazine labels were typed for newly received magazines. B. 5’m;7 {w;ŒEt Items older than 3 months were cleared from the shelf this month C. t¦;©,-‰ š©7;©t No paperback orders were sent this month because of the RFID tag project. D.t¦;©,-‰ 5z­¦Œät . This will be the theme for May as well since we have a lot of new paperb E. ‘;;7z“m ¦©š†;-·­t This month weeding is still progressing very fast to try and finish t tagging before we have to send the mobile tagging unit back. F. [­· -š¦ä‰Þz·w7©ޓ z·;’­t We no longer get a Last Copy list each week but we are weeding heavily and withdrawing lots of items. Books were withdrawn from the system each week and were placed in a box to go to Better World Books if the company. If not, they were placed with donation items to be added to the s were in excellent condition and would sell. MAINTENANCE II. A.Cz©; ;ã·z“mÒz­w;©­t Fire extinguishers were checked Thursday, April 28th. B. {;-Ò©z·ä m·;­t Security gate filters were cleaned Thursday, April 28th. C. tÒ,Œz- ‘š©‰­t Public Works fixed our picnic table this month after it came to that someone had removed most of the screws. MISCELLANEOUS III. A.[[ 5©Þ;©t [[741,2131,802,2187][11][,,][Z@RAC97.tmp]] [[762,2131,1860,2187][11][,,][Z@RAC97.tmp]]The ILL drawers were maintained and a weekly count of f [[1824,2131,2198,2187][11][,,][Z@RAC97.tmp ]]illed requests has been kept. B. aš“·w 9“7 {··z­·z-­t The statistics for the previous month will be totaled and sent o staff by Monday, May 2nd. C. .ҌŒ;·z“ .š©7t The Bulletin board was maintained and cleaned this month. D.{w;ŒE w;7z“mt Shelf reading is about halfway complete; it is still the same assignment from March but because of our intensive weeding and RFID tagging the the most part. E. ‘;,­z·; “7 C-;,šš‰t Periodic updates of both Facebook and the Webpage were completed. The front page of the library site was updated to shevents and the tax th information was removed after April 18. The website now has information about our closed dates for the move to the new building.
