Recommendations by participants include: by Helen Macdonald, by Pamela Rotner Sakamotory: First Queen : . h.Fifteen adult volunteers donated 74 hours in April. They assisted in RFID tagging, facilitated Conversation Circles and served as reading buddies tdult English language learners, priced and prepared books for the sale cart, facilitated the non-fiction book club, set up a library history display in the glass display case and completed various tasks in the library. II.Meetings, etc. a.The Friends met Wednesday, April 13 at Basha Mediterranean Grill. They raised $154.00 at a pancake breakfast fundraiser at the Lighthouse on Friday, April 15, and set up a glass display case. b.The Library Board met Wednesday, April 6. c.Barb presented information about library services for seniors at Hart Lake Apartments Show on Wednesday April 20 and 27. III.Projects a.Weeding and RFID tagging continued in adult non-fiction. Page 2 b.Books and other materials were delivered to at-home patrons. c.Large print books were ordered. d.Copy was finalized for Heights Happenings.
