HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 80-1RESOLUTION 80-1 RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS, HN. PRESENTING THE OPINION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMHISSION ON THE REVIEW OF ST. ANTHONY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has prepared and completed a Comprehensive Plan pursuant to the Metropolitan Land Planning Act, and WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony, pursuant to Minnesota statutes 473.858, Subdivision 2, has submitted their proposed Comprehensive Plan to the City of Columbia Heights for review and comment, and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has carefully reviewed the various elements of the plan in regards to its scope and effect upon the City of Columbia Heights. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning and Zonlng Commission of Columbia Heights expresses and forwards its opinion to the City Council of Columbia .Heights that no adverse effects are perceived to fall upon the City of Columbia Heights as the result of the City of St. Anthony implementing its proposed Comprehensive Plan. Passed this first day of April , 1980.
