B.5m;7 {w;Et Items older than 3 months were cleared from the shelf this month C.t¦;©,- ©7;©t One paperback order of Urban Fiction titles was sent in this month. D.t¦;©,- 5z¦ät Austen books and a lot of romance novels. E. ;;7zm ¦©;-·t The paperback weeding project is finished as is the CD weeding project. Now that the CD weeding is finished I shifted the CDs drawers. F. [· -¦äÞz·w7©Þ z·;t Items were withdrawn from the system each week and were placed in a box to go to Better World Books if they were accepted by the company. If not, they were placed with donation items to be added to the sale cart only if were in excellent condition and would sell. MAINTENANCE II. A.Cz©; ;ã·zmÒzw;©t Fire extinguishers were checked Thursday, October 29th. B.{;-Ò©z·ä m·;t Security gate filters were cleaned Thursday, October 29th. C.tÒ,z- ©t This month Public Works replaced some burnt out light bulbs, sen someone to fix a ballast in one of the lights, and had someone come out to check the coils on the roof of the building. B.a·w 97 {··z·z-t The statistics for the previous month will be totaled and sent out to staff on Monday, November 2nd. C..Ò;·z .©7t The Bulletin board was maintained and cleaned this month. D.{w;E w;7zmt Shelf reading has not been completed again this month; it is about 80 percent finished. that were not completed last month and has several areas that arnot assigned but are open for pages to work on if they complete their assigned sections. E. ;,z·; 7 C-;,t Periodic updates of both Facebook and the Webpage were completed. The Adult Book Club page was updated to reflect the members picked for January, February, and March.
