When the contract value is depleted, please select one of the following:
Bill Customer at current rates for service work performed that exceeds the investment.
Renew original contract value at Marco's current discount.
Preferred Service Ptan Terms and Conditions:
Marco's Preferred Service Plan allows you to receive a discount on prepaid services of $5,000 or more for up to 36 months or
until your Investment is depleted. Any unused portion will be forfeited 36 months after each new investment.
Actual value is deducted from the Plan upon completion of any service at the current rate (15- minute minimum deduction)
if service Is performed after Marco's normal hours (6:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m. Monday — Friday) or on Marco recognized holidays,
after -hour rates will apply.
The plan excludes the following:
The purchase of any equipment or parts
Fixed bid labor
Copier or Managed Print services
Customer Cancellation:
1 Customer cancels a scheduled appointment less than one business day from the start of a scheduled appointment, Customer
agrees that Marco may deduct one hour from the Plan at the applicable service rate,
Limitation of Liability:
in no event shall Marco be liable for any damages caused by the Customer's failure to perform Customer's responsibilities. in no
event shall Marco be responsible to Customer for any lost profits or consequential damages, even if Marco has been advised of the
possibility of such damages, nor shall Marco be liable for any claim against the Customer brought by any other party.
Marco will perform repairs consistent with usual and customary practices in the industry. In the event the Customer establishes that
Marco failed to make repairs consistent with this standard, Customer's sole remedy shall be limited to a refund of amounts paid to
Marco for the repairs; in no event shall the amount of any refund exceed the damages actually incurred by the Customer.
Acknowledgement:
The undersigned agrees to pay, in advance, the total amount due in accordance with the terms specified. Marco reserves the right
to delay service or support if your account with Marco is delinquent, in addition, Marco reserves the right to apply any unused
portion of the discounted dollars remaining on this contract to pay for invoices on your Marco account that are not in dispute, should
your account become delinquent.
The undersigned represents that they have authority to enter into this Plan and accepts copyright and backup responsibilities for
software packages being supported. Thjs agreement is subject to acceptance by Marco. This agreement is non- canceilablg,
