HomeMy WebLinkAboutContract No. 2015-2634AGREEMENT For the Provision of Video Production Services This agreement is entered into this 1 &' day of , 2015 between the North Metro Telecommunications Commission (NMTC) and 0 City of Columbia Heights, for the purpose of NMTV providing video production services and equipment. WHEREAS the City of Columbia Heights is in need of video production services, and has chosen to contract for such services, and WHEREAS NMTV is able and willing to provide said services for a fee, It is agreed that: 1. NMTV will provide video production services as outlined on the attached rate sheet. 2. The City of Columbia Heights agrees to pay for said services as outlined on the attached rate sheet. 3. Payment is due before the event is videotaped. 4. If the event is canceled by the City of Columbia Heights, after NMTV has already arrived on scene, the City will only be responsible for paying the wages (as defined on the attached rate sheet) for hours worked to the point of cancellation, with a minimum of one hour. No production truck fee will be assessed. NMTV will refund the portion owed to the City. 5. If the event is not taped, due to NMTV equipment failure, on scene, Columbia Heights will be refunded 100% of their payment. 6. NMTV agrees that the City of Columbia Heights will retain ownership of the product and may duplicate and distribute copies of the product. This agreement shall be for the aforementioned event only, and may be terminated by either party upon written notice at least 24 hours prior to the event. This agreement shall be interpreted by the laws of the State of Minnesota. This agreement shall constitute the entire agreement of both parties and no oral understandings of contracts shall supersede this written agreement.
