Andrew presented smart gardening, landscaping and water saving techniques to 13 visitors to the Columbia Heights Public Library. COLUMBIA HEIGHTS LIBRARY BOOK DISCUSSION GROUP met April 24 to discuss “State of Wonder” by Ann Patchett. 16 atendees. PROJECTS: 2012 TAX forms maintained, then taken down after April 15. Inventory made to determine needed forms for the 2013 tax season. 29 book and audio books selected and delivered to 4 HOMEBOUND PATRONS. Updated Homebound patron records. Updated Columbia Heights Public Library scrapbook. 2 book displays set up. Newer Gardening and Landscaping books, and a Civil War book display. COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT: Spanish language books and audio cassettes being previewed for possible addition to Columbia Heights Library 20 music CDs ordered and 22 popular and informational DVDs ordered from Baker and Taylor. Office supplies and program supplies ordered from Office Depot and Demco TRAINING: 3M CLOUD TRAINING provided by Jill Smith from Anoka County Library.
