Dear Mr.Hansen:
Based on the information provided,we understand that the City is requesting inspections on field
welds being performed as part of a floor strengthening project at the City's Municipal Service Center.
We also understand that inspections are requested at the conclusion of the work,expected to be in
early April,and will not be ongoing.
Our cost estimate and unit rates for this work are attached. Using the rates shown,the estimated cost
is$450.50. Invoices for our services will be based on the actual number of hours spent on the project
and the units tested. If services are required that are not discussed herein,we will provide them at the
rate shown in the attached Cost Estimate tabulation or,if not shown,at our current fee schedule.
Payment for services is due upon receipt of invoice,with interest added to unpaid balances after 30
days,in accordance with the attached General Conditions.The attached General Conditions are part
of this proposed contract.
We appreciate the opportunity to present this cost estimate. If acceptable,please sip the attached
