In the meantime, Request for Performance letters to be sent to possible Wacky Wednesday performers have been at least been prepared. c.I have gone through all the physical file drawers at the Children’s Librarian desk, discarding outdated or duplicate information and updating folders. This was done as a part of the LEAN process. d.Since its start in June of this year, I have filled five “Personal Reading List” requests. For the sake of continuity and consistency, Candice was given the task of shifting the J non-fiction. After this, she will work re-labeling the shelves. This month, Candice has demonstrated generous flexibility in changing her schedule to come in on Fridays to work because of the short staffing situation due to trainings or programs. c.Children’s Clerk: Kelly has been busy with end of the year book orders. She discarded magazines, worked on year end, regularly updated the book fund balance report, and weeded the magazines.
