IV.GRANTS, MEETINGS, COMMUNITY
st
a.Grants: A 21 Century Grant meeting was held on 3/14. Linda Ernst’s demo of EZ
Reports clarified the type of information the grant needs to be collecting and reporting.
Adjustments to how our [the library] end of taking attendance and the timeliness of its
reporting have been made. It became evident that there needs to be a meeting between
Liz Bray [Recreation] and myself in order to share program schedules and learn more
about how we are recording program attendance.

constraints, we were not able to accommodate them. Plans are underway to see if it
might be possible to reschedule their visits in April.
