RE: CAMPAIGN FINANCIAL REPORTING INFORMATION
Pertaining to my memo of September 9, 1991, attached please find extra forms for filing election
campaign expenses. In addition to this, a "Campaign Financial Report Certification of Filing" form
must be submitted no later than seven (7) days after the General election (form was supplied to you
with above mentioned memo).
All reports should be filed with me. Please refer to your manual for more information regarding the
reporting requirements.
