Attached is the pre-occupancy checklist. Items 6 and 7 are not applicable for a Class IV (4 hour hold). Doc has a couple of physical plant issues that he is working on (issues in the shower, handicap grab bars, security screws in some outlet covers). Otherwise I need a copy of`the-policy and procedure manual to review and documentation as to when training in the new area is completed.
