HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 1576ORDINANCE NO. 1576 BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1490, CITY CODE OF 2005 RELATING TO THE R-3, LIMITED MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT The City of Columbia Heights does ordain: Chapter 9, Article I, Section 9.109 (C) of the Columbia Heights City Cade, which currently reads to wit: § 9.109 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS. (C} Lot Dimension, Height, and Bulk Requirements. Lot area, setback, height and lot coverage requirements for uses in the residential districts shall be as specified in the following table: R-1 R-2A R-2B R-3 R-4 Minimum Lot Area Single Family Dwelling 8,400 sq. ft. 6,500 sq. ft. 6,500 sq. ft. 6,500 sq. ft. 6,500 sq. ft.
