VI. STAFF
A. We continue to juggle staffing. I am concerned about the summer months as the number of
children using the library will be high, perhaps even higher than that of the last 10 years due to the
economy. I am appreciative of the outstanding staff that we have and the manner in which they have
all pulled together to help cover hours and manage tasks. This is an outstanding group of public
servants and their concern for the library and the people who use it is greatly appreciated. We
continue to attempt to accomplish everything we can in spite of the staff shortages.
