TERMINATION OF CONTRACT FOR PRIVATE REDEVELOPMENT
THIS TERMINATION OF CONTRACT FOR PRIVATE REDEVELOPMENT
("Termination") is executed and delivered as of this --2-- day of April, 2008 by The Housing mld
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Columbia Heights, a public body corporate illld
politic under the laws of Minnesota ("Agency").
WHEREAS, Agency illld Terry Evenson, illl individual ("Redeveloper"), entered into that
celiain Contract for Private Redevelopment dated June 1, 1981 ("Agreement") regmding the
redevelopment of celiain propeliy as legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto ("Propeliy").
WHEREAS, the Agency acknowledges that all of the obligations of the Redeveloper set
fOlih in the Agreement m'e fully performed illld that such Agreement is of no fmther force illld
effect.
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt illld sufficiency of which me hereby
acknowledged, the Agency celiifies mld agrees as follows:
1. The Bonds (as defined in the Agreement) have been paid in full. The Matmity Date
(as defined in the Agreement) has occmred.
2. The obligations of the Developer, its successors and assigns illld the successor
owners of the Property under the Agreement are fully performed, and the Agreement is of no further
force or effect. The Agreement shall be deemed null illld void, illld neither the Developer nor its
successors mld assigns nor the successor owners of the Property shall have any further obligations
thereunder.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Agency has executed this Tennination as of the day and
