Fehst COLUMBIA HEIGHTS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT March 20, 2003 Mr. Jon Hempel Hempel Properties 4205 Lancaster Lane North, Ste 105 Plymouth, MN 55441 Dear Jon: Thank you for providing the City with a maintenance plan for the Columbia Heights Business Center Parking Ramp. Also appreciated is the updating of some the minor problems in the ramp, which has been noticed by the tenants that I have talked to in the last couple of months. The on-going maintenance program, as submitted, meets the intent of the agreement between Hempel Properties and the City of Columbia Heights with one exception. As we discussed over the phone, all that remains is to attach specific dates and costs to the first 3 items in the Maintenance Plan in your March 51h letter when you know them. We look fOlward to working with you on maintaining the parking ramp and wish you the best in leasing the space at the Business Center.
