Dear Bob and Jon:
Thank you for taking the time to meet with me on Monday, October 28th and answering
my questions regarding your purchase of the Columbia Heights Business Center. As we
discussed during that meeting, I would like to get together with you to review the
maintenance and repair schedule for the parking ramp, incorporate the results of the Clark
Engineering study into a Capital Improvements Program, and transfening title of the
walkway from the ramp to the Business Center to Best and Hempel, LLC. I am hopeful
that you will have some time before Thanksgiving to get started on these, and any other,
concerns. It would also be a good opportunity to meet some of the key personnel in
Columbia Heights that you'll be working with as owners.
Congratulations on purchasing the Columbia Heights Business Center. We look forward
to meeting with yon both on the above issues, as well as establishing a working
relationship with Best and Hempel, LLC.
