RE: Columbia Heights Business Center Parking Ramp
As you may know, as of July 20,2002, Lake-State Properties has renewed their option
on the above ramp for the next 20 years. Since we will be working together for the next
20 years, this may be an opportune time to discuss the maintenance and repairs of the
ramp, which are outlined in the recently completed study by Clark Engineering. In
addition, there are a number of terms in the current agreement that need to be fulfilled by
both pmties, such as insurance and security measures.
The City would like to schedule a meeting with you as soon as possible to discuss the
