Ricoh Business Systems does maintain inventory on most required spare parts however, this stock is subject to depletion at any given time without warning. Signing the Maintenance Agreement and this waiver, the customer acknowledges that Ricoh Business Systems may be unable to fully service the equipment under contract. However, Ricoh will continue to honor the basic conditions described in the "Terms and Conditions" portion of the Maintenance Agreement. As a result, we offer the follawing alternatives: ' Renew your Maintenance Agreement. In the event your machine cannot be repaired, any unused portion of the Maintenance Agreement will be credited towards a new machine Maintenance Agreement purchased through Ricoh Business Systems. 2. You can continue to have service an a "per call" basis at our current billable rates. Labor - $225.QQ per hour (1 hr minimum) If needed, parts will be an additional cost. 3.
