IN THE EVENT THE PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET Tf-IE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S STATED SPECIFICAT]ONS WITHIN THREE YEARS OF
INSTALLATION OF ANY NEW RICOH EQUIPMEN'T', RICOH WILL, AT THE CUSTOMER REQUEST, REPLACE SUCIl EQUIPMENT WITH A LIKE
UNIT IF THE CUSTOMER MEETS THE FOLLOWING THREE CONDITIONS:
1. The equipment is continuously under the Ricoh Maintenance Agreement applicable to the customer.
2. The customer fulf lls all of the terms of this Maintenance Agreement applicable to the customer.
3. Before requesting a replacement unit, this customer gives Ricoh the opportunity to resolve any service problems the customer may have
with the equipment.
Maintenance Agreement contracts are nuu-refundablelnan-transferable and non-cancelable. Base billing amount includes price of

Alease be advised that due to the age of your copier or fax system, parts and supplies may
not be availabPe for the duration of your maintenance agreement term. Ricoh Business
Systems does maintain inventory on most required spare parts however, this stock is
subject to depletion at any given time without warning.
Signing the Maintenance Agreement and this waiver, the customer acknowledges that
Ricoh Business Systems may be unable to fully service the equipment under contract.
However, Ricoh will continue to honor the basic conditions described in the "Terms and
Conditions" portion of the Maintenance Agreement. As a result, we offer the follawing
alternatives: '
Renew your Maintenance Agreement. In the event your machine cannot
be repaired, any unused portion of the Maintenance Agreement will be
credited towards a new machine Maintenance Agreement purchased
through Ricoh Business Systems.
2. You can continue to have service an a "per call" basis at our current
billable rates.
Labor - $225.QQ per hour (1 hr minimum)
If needed, parts will be an additional cost.
3. Contact Gary Mercer at 65 i -294-2669 for information on upgrading to
amore recently manufactured copier or facsimile.
I agree to the conditions as set forth in this waiver with regards to the following Savin
equipment covered by the attached iYlaintenance Agreement.
