In addition, this SOW outlines the roles and responsibilities of Marco and City of Columbia Heights during this review and the key dependencies upon which this SOW is based. Marco will work closely with City of Columbia Heights on a consultative basis to optimize the success of the engagement. Any requested changes to this statement of work will be accommodated according to the change management process outlined below. Description of Services and Deliverables Outlined below is a complete description of all services that will be provided by Marco. Marco certified engineers will perform all work according to Marco guidelines. The proposed access control system will provide a replacement of the existing controls for the seven interior/exterior doors at City Hail. The existing locking and related devices will be reused. Options are provided for: ^ Option to integrate the access control and security alarm system with March Networks Digital/Networked Video Recorder to sync system access and alarm events for efficient management review. Permissions for authorized access credential holders will be programmable through a software application that operates on computer resource you provide. These permissions are set by individual for each entry point and the time when the authorized individual can make secured entry. With the access control application, the system also allows programming of arm/disarm keypad PIN codes from within the desktop application; if applicable. The system logs the access activity, both access granted and denials and provides a set of standard formats to generate reports of this information. The access control application also logs when and who turns the intrusion detection on/off; if applicable. The system can also be licensed for multiple control panels that use your own network connection for similar systems that may be installed in other facilities. These systems would JRK3015-CB SOW 12/31/2007 Page 2 ~~~r~~ Statement of Work have their own local alarm communications but also log centrally all system activity. ^ Customer is to provide an Ethernet port, open firewall port, and IP address. ^ Customer is to provide outlets for the equipment in the mechanical room. ^ No warranty on existing parts. All repairs to be done to existing equipment and wiring will be done on time and material basis. Schedule of Products (If Applicable) Proposed Project Equipment List: The equipment listed in Table 1 is a listing of items to be installed by the Marco installation team upon arrival. This module enables all GMS workstations (and server} to have the ability to capture cardholder photos (via an image capture device or imparted image file}, design card templates and print ID cards to industry standard card printers. Bill Services for this project will be billed on a fixed bid basis. Facilities If applicable, City of Columbia Heights will provide full access to all premises as needed by Marco to perform its responsibilities under this SOW. Any refusal of access shall relieve Marco of its performance obligations and the assessment schedule shall be revised to reflect the delay. City of Columbia Heights will also provide a suitable work area for Marco personnel. Change Management Marco will review changes to this statement of work that are requested by City of Columbia Heights. As part of this review, Marco will prepare a Change Order that documents the requested change and, if applicable, any impact on the implementation schedule and pricing. Marco will incorporate the change into the project schedule and scope of work upon receipt of the City of Columbia Heights-signed Change Order. Changes requested can affect the implementation schedule and services price quoted. As a result, Marco will not implement any change without a Change Order authorized by City of Columbia Heights and accepted by Marco. JRK3015-CB SOW 12/31/2007 Page 4 ~nt'lr~~ Statement of Work Terms and Conditions This Statement of Work (SOW) is subject to the terms and conditions of the Marco Product and Services Agreement dated December 21, 2007, executed by and between City of Columbia Heights and Marco. This Statement of Work (SOW) is subject to the following terms and conditions: Marco shall not be responsible for any delays that result from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by City of Columbia Heights. Any work performed by Marco that is not listed in this scope of work or which is required to assist City of Columbia Heights with the completion of this project will be subject to the change management process described above. Marco shall not be responsible for any failure of equipment or network service resulting from any City of Columbia Heights supplied equipment. Notice to Proceed Execution of this Statement of Work (SOW) by City of Columbia Heights shall constitute notice to Marco to proceed with the project described in this SOW. NOTE: Scheduling action cannot be finalized until your concurrence with the SOW has been returned to this office. Any delay at this time can incur a delay in the installation of your programmed facility. Contact City of Columbia Heights to schedule installation dates and introduce a Marco Project Manager (if applicable). 2. Assign trained and certified technical resources following confirmation of scheduled dates. These resources will ensure successful completion of tasks as detailed in this SOW. 3. Customer Requests at Time of Installation: Any customer requests for changes in products or services that are not listed in this scope of work will be reviewed for applicable impact in scheduling and pricing.
