That part of 39TH Avenue NE "as opened", lying northwesterly of the northwest line and its
southwesterly extension of REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 159, Anoka County,
Minnesota, and lying easterly and southeasterly of the following described line:
Commencing at the southwest corner of BLOCK F of COLUMBIA HEIGHTS ANNEX
TO MINNEAPOLIS, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA; thence North 00 degrees 07
rrtinutes 50 seconds East, assumed bearing along the west line of said BLOCK F, to the
intersection of said southwesterly extension of the northwest line of said REGISTERED
LAND SURVEY NO. 159 and to the actual point of beginning of the line to be
described; thence continue along said west line of BLOCK F, a distance fo 33:53 feet;
thence northeasterly a distance of 136.06 feet along a non-tangential curve concave to the
southeast having a radius of 735.00 feet, a central angle of 10 degrees 36 minutes 24
seconds, and a chord that bears North 53 degrees 26 rrtinutes 07 seconds East; thence
