OLD BUSINESS
JPM MANAGEMENT PLAN
A discussion regarding the need of a security guard if only a champagne
toast is drunk. The Board stated they felt that a non-alcholic champagne
would be the only way to eliminate the need for a security guard. The
Board feels there are other purposes, for the. security guardand that is to
control the crowd, liquo.r or not. But we would leave the requirement tied
to liquor at this time. They have one other option already allowed and
that is to shorten the event. It was agreed thatno change in the
Management Plan concerning hours or amount of wine/champagne should be
made.
