NEW BUSINESS A new construction schedule .was handed out and after reviewing the completion dates the members decided to'accept reservations beginning July 5th. It was decided to have a Dedication Ceremony committee consisting of Park Board members. Hollom suggested that Mayor Nawrocki be invited to be a member of the committee. Salsbury will set up a meeting on Saturday, January 25th So the committee members can make the preliminary plans. CITY OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS PARK BOARD MINUTES JANUARY 15, 1986 PAGE 2 REPORTS: Salsbury reported that there were some problems in getting enough warming house attendants, however, since that time there have been very few complaints about the ice. The main problem in getting attendants was the low rate of pay in comparison.to the other communities. Fowler reported there was no meeting for the Recreati.on Department so nothing to report. Salsbury requested the meeting date be changed to the 4th Wednesday of the month. If agreeable with Jernall and Murzyn, the date will be changed with the next meeting.
