READING 01'- THE MINUTES
Motion by Jernail, seconded by Fowler that the feeding of the rn'inutes from the
November 2_0,. 1985 meeting be dispensed with and accepted as written. All ayes,
motion carried.
PAYMENT OF THE BILLS
Motion by Jernalt, seconded by Murzyn that the bills be paid out of the proper
funds. All ayes, motion carried.
REQUEST FOR RETURN RENTAL FEE/FRIDLEY BUSINESS & PROFESSIONAL WOMEN'S GROUP
A letter 'from Ms. Diane Ferry was read requesting the return of the rental fee
for the hall on the grounds they are a non-profit organization. After some
discussion the request was den.led on the grounds that although they are a non-
profit group they are c.las'sified as. a professional group and not a eleemosynary
group. Tlhe members were all in agreement.
REQUEST JEFFERSON BUILDING AND GROUNDS FOR JAMBOREE DAYS/COLUMBIA HEIGHTS LIONS
Motion by Murzyn, seconded by Jernall to reserve the fields and the Jefferson
Building for the Annual Jamboree Days from June 25-29, 1986. The motion is
made with the stipulation that all city requirements are met. All ayes, motion
carried.
