Watten also pointed out that with the high ceiling in the hall there is a
possibility of a 18' x 24' mezzanine with skylights and a decorative window
on the west wall.
The craft room in the Senior Center has been eliminated because of the high
turn out in the Drop In Center. However, it was pointed out that several of
the meeting rooms can be used for both seniors and teen age activities and are
capable of being divided.
Mayor Nawrocki questioned whether or not they anticipated any problems with
the heating and air conditioning system and Watten stated that they did not
believe there would be any problems.
The parking lot plans were studied and the residents from Mill Street (that
were in attendance) felt that the plans were acceptable. They stated that as
long as the driveway was a one-way they would not have any traffic problems.
The approximate date for completion of the hall has been set for August 1, 1986.
Motion by Starcevic, seconded by Jernall to adjourn. All ayes, motion carried.
Nancy French, Park Secretary
