Mr. Vern Watten, Charlie Reed, and Vern Pilaczynski from the firm of Patch,
Erickson, Madson, Watten, Inc. attended the meeting. Mr Watten gave each

out the form individually and to get together at 6:30 P.M. on May 31st in
the Public Works Building with a later meeting at 7:30 P.M. with the architects.
Mr. Pilaczynski recommended that the existing system for heating the bldg. be
removed and a modular hot water system be put in. He stated that if the budget
did not allow for a new system we could keep the old one and put in a system
the addition. He also stated that the air conditioning is in good shape, but
it would deRend on the new addition and what we do in the.basement if the present
system is adequate. The original steam boiler was put i'n in 1939 and does not
