BUDGET - REVIEW OF INFORMATION
Salsbury explained that there have been adjustments made to the Budget
since these particular copies were made and distributed to the Board
members. The corrections will be made and new copies of the final budget
will be given to the Board members.
Salsbury pointed out to the Board that the proposed budget for Capital
Improvements is quite large. He brought attention to the fact that this
is because of the many essential improvements and repairs needed at
Murzyn Hall. These improvements consist of the many items discussed by
the Park Board at two previous meetings. It was suggested by Hollom
that where these are itemized out on the budget, they should be put in
priority order again.
The Board members will assess the budget and present any suggestions
they might have at the July meeting.
PARK SIGNS
It was brought up to the Board that the wading pools hours were changed
from 10:OO AM - 8:30 PM, to 11:O0 AM - 7:00 PM. The main question - Does
the Board recall making any formal motion to change the hours? It was
discussed initially on March 17, 1981, but tabled and not discussed again.
After further discussion, the Board agreed that the hours for the wading
pools should'remain 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM.
