Members Absent: Sebe Heintz READING of. the MINUTES ~tion made'by William Hollom, seconded by Michael Farrell to approve the minutes of May 21,'1975 as presented in writing and that the reading of these E~_uutes be dispensed ~,ith. All ayes, motion carried. PA~ of~TM ~tion made by Nich~el Farrell, seconded by ~oAun Melin tb~move that the Park Board allow use of liquor at the Wolverton affair; subject to the rules that h~ve been set by the~Park Board. ~!~ ayes, motion carried. LETTERS and REQUESTS Michael-Fa~rrell made a motion, seconded by JoAnn Melin to move that the Park Board allow use of liquor at the Wolverton affair; subject to the rules that have been set by the Park Board. All ayes, motion carried. ~,~tinn by ~ichael Farrell, seconded by W~.~iam Hollom that the Park Board grant the field on July 19, 1975 to the Columbia Heights Jaycees. A thank you. ~letter was read and acknowledged from Mr. Essinger. Motion made by ~chael Farrell, seconded by JoAnn Melin that the Park Board allow the ~DCL the use of the Huset Park subject to rules and regulations, with a down payment of $100 to be held for clean-up purposes to be given to the park superin- tendent which w~l be refunded.
