Meeting called to order by John Rak, Chairman.

Reading, of ithe Minutes:
Motion by Gordon Schelde, seconded by JoAnne Melin to accept the minutes of the
October 16, 1974 meeting as presented in writing. All ayes, motion carried.
Payment of Bills:
Sebe Heintz m~de a motion to pay all bills presented out of the proper funds,
seconded by JoAnn Melin. All ayes, motion carried.
Proposed Gauvitte Building:
Preliminary plans for Gauvitte Building were discussed by the Board members. It
w~s requested that a vandal proof window be installed in the storage room door so
that the attendant will have a view of the park area. Further discussion on
lighting will be continued at the next Park Board Meeting.
S~ecial Meeting:.
A motion was m~de by Gordon Schelde, seconded by Michael Farrell that a special
meeting be called for ~n Wednesday, December 4, 1974, at 6:30 P.M., to discuss
the Park Board ordinance and the Superintendent to mail out a letter to inform
the Board members 6f this meeting. ~11 ayes, motion carried.
Ap. preciation Certificates
Motion by Michael Farrell, seconded by JoAnn Meiin to send the working members
of the Southwest Park Committee a Certificate of Appreciation from the Park
Board. Ail Ayes, motion carried.
Change of Regular Meeting:
Gordon Schelde made a motion, seconded by Sebe Heintz that the December 18th
meeting be changed to December 11, 1974 and that the 1975 budget and liquor ques-
tion be the primary order of business. All ayes, motion carried.
,Requests:
Motion made by Michael Farrell, seconded by Sebe Heintz to allow Cir-Tech CO~.
the use of the Field House until 1 A.M. for a total rental fee of $125.00. Ail
ayes, motion carried.
Motion by Gordon Sche!de, seconded by Sebe Heintz that we allow Di~k's Place
Broombal! team the use of softball field for a tournament for a fee of $30.~00.
Ail ayes~ motion carried.
Swimming Beach:
Gordon Sche!de commented on the furnishing of new equipment ib r the beach. A
member of the ~ecreation Commission, ~ Davis, and Mr. Wilson from the t~igh School
will make recommendations on what kind of equipment the Park Board should be pur-
chasing for the coming swimming season.
