Members Present: William Hoilom, JoAnn Melin, Gordon Scheld, Sebe Heintz, Mics[ al Farrell, John Murzyn, and Clayton Berg. N~mbers Absent: John Rak. Motion by Melin, seconded by Gordon Sche!de that the reading of the ~uutes be approved as presented in writing. Ail ayes, motion carried. PAYMENT OF B~,~ Motion by Heintz, seconded by Melin to pay bills out of the proper funds. motion carried. ayes, HUSET PARK TENN2B COURTS Discussion on the Huset Park tennis court. The Park Board felt that they already paid an extra for betuminous surfacing and that the contractor should repair at his own expense or the engineering department find monies other than Park Board Funds as they have none for this work. TRANSFERS Motion by Michael Farrell, seconded by Sebe Heintz that the following transfers listed below be accepted all ayes, motion carried. $3200.00 from line item $1000. O0 from line item $78.00 from line item $600.00 from line item REQUESTS 4751.83 to line item 4752.22 to line item 4755.36 to line item 4751 · 53 to line item 301-492.544 301-492.544 30i -492. 4753.36 Motion by Gordon Schelde, seconded by Michael Farrell to ~!ow the Jaycees the use of the Field House on October 5, 1974. ~1~. ayes, motion carried. Motion by Sebe Heintz, seconded by JoAnn Melin to ~1tow 3.2% tap ~eer in the Field House for wedding reception etc. on a trail bases till December 31, 1874. ~1~ ayes, motion carried. Motion by Michael Farrell, secmnded by Gordon Schelde to allow the Mrs. Jaycees the use of the Field House for a Bazaar on November 23, 1974. All ayes, motion carried. SKATING RINES Disuussion on Skating rinks for the coming 1974-1975 season. Murzyn to study the possibility of having squirt rinks in park areas where ever possible and report back to the next meeting. WARMING HOUSE ATTENDANTS SALARIES The Board members discussed the salaries of warming house attendants salaries on a graduated scale. A motion by Schelde, seconded by Michael Farre!l that we establish a slary scale for warming house attendants as follows - $2.50 for class B and A areas, $2.75 for class A and $3.00 for class AA areas.. Ail ayes, motion carried.
