All ayes. Mr. Bruce Patterson, consultant from Suburban Engineering Co. presented the prelimenary plans of the proposed Silver Lake Beach, which the ~oard was very pleased with plans and layout. The Board requested Mr. Patterson to find out the cost of d~edging and~grad- lng before the plans be presented to the Mayor and City Council. Motion by Lewis, s~conded by Super that our City Attorney draw up an ordinance pertaining to use of snow- mobile on or near park property. All ayes. Motion by Super, s6conded by Welch that we erect a fence on the north boundary of Hilltop Park. All ayes. Motion by Welch, seconded by Lewis tb~t charges be waived for use of Field House for Loyality Day Parade on May l, 1966, with stipulation that sponsoring organization help with the cleanup. JAll ayes. Murzyn requested the services of a secretary on a part time basis, working with the Recreation Commission. The Board deferred this 'request until the next meeting, when Mr. Welch a Recreation Commission member will report on what action was taken by the Commission, No action was takeh at this time on expanding the facilities of the kitchen. The term of office of Mr. Marvin Super expired last April llth. He has agreed to serve on this Board for another 5 year term upon the approval of the Mayor and City Council. Mr. Dick Merrill requested that a fence be installed at 0strander Park along his property line, aud that he would help in the cost of the fencing. The Beard quested to have an estimate at the next board meeting. Motion by Super, seconded by Lewis~that the deposit for Hall rentals be raised from ~10.00 to $25.00. All ayes. Motion by Welch, seconded by Super that the meeting be adjourn. All ayes.
