All ayes. Murzyn reported that the cost of the snow fence installed at Mat- haire Park ?jo~d come to $4~ ~ad 'the cyclone fence would amount to ~.~1,540 plus $7£~ for labor. Mr. Lewis reported that purchasing honey suckle and ~rba-vita would r~ua about ~48. ~-Tter ~ long discussion, ,~ motion by Lewis, seconded by Welch, that ~ meeting with the CDty Council be reG~estcd in regard to the cyclone fenice and shrubbery at ~athaire Park ~djoining private property. Y. ll ~yes · Mr. Gay .~rgo recuested the Park Board to check ~.n a drainage problem that has developed on his property since the Park has been developed. ~r~n in~truc.ted to check into this matter. ~rzyn reported two estimate bids on pouring the concrete floor ~.n the proposed youth cen~er; namely, $chminkey & Son - and Osco Cement Co. - $65~.~o. i Motion by Welch, seconded by Lewis, that we accept the iow 'bid of ~547.80 and instruct Murzyn to write a letter to t.he City Counc&l requesting the same. All ayes. Request from Mr. M~ner, Co-chairman of Senior Ail-Ni~t party, to use the facilities of the Field House ~nd bowling lanes.
