Park meeting held at Field House, 7:30 P.M.
Members present, Pritchard, Behun, Lubanski, Arkinsert and
also the newly elected member of the member of the Park Board
Nr. Henry Dykhuizen. And also present was ~r. Ruper.
Motion by Behun, second by Lubansi, that the back stops
for the diamond be repaired, but due to shortage of material
the best means possible be adpp~ed. Ayes carried.
B{otion by Lubanski, second by Behun that I~r. Mur~Fa be
allowed extra help if necessary in the repairing of the
said a~ove equipment and necessary plan~ing. Ayes carried.
t~otion by Arkinsert, second 'by Behzu% ~hat we allow garden plo~s
this year of 1947 and that a miniumum of 1.00 be paid for each
plot. The larger plots to be left to the diseretibn of
~urzyn. Ayes carried.
Motion by Lubanski, second by Dykhuizen that Mr. Ruper with
},~. ~Iurzyn on the athletic program, work with Park'Board funds,
but not to emceed the amount allowed by Park Board for recreation
activities. Ayes carried.
I~otion by Arkinsert, second by Lubanski that ~r. Mur~yn be ins$-
'trueted to build a box to hold at atheletic equipment and to
protect the equipment from elements of the weather. Ayes carried
Motion by Behun, second by Atkinson that we adjourn, Ayes carried.
