The Park Board meeti~g was called to order on June 6, 1939.
The minutes were read and aooro~ed as read.
Balance on Hand ~
~998.11. Ice account Bills ~125.~8 for
January to April.
It was moved by Nelson and seconded b[~. Peterson that the
bills oresented be oaid, subject to a cornelere check up with the
City Clerk. Motion was bartied.
Bill for $23.25 from Baker, for oaid shortages on bowling.
Bill from Sundberg for $30.00 for plumbing and rentsls of tools
received to be paid.
Meis requested the purchase of a hand mower. The request
was 0. K.'d by the Board. Mr. Me~s also request-ed the purchase
of caulking compound for outside slab concrete.
There was a request from some party to rent the hall for
a wedding, with beer.
Request from Mrs. Hoffma~ to use the hall for a oiano
recital o~ June 21st. Gra.~ted with order to ~ay regular charges
of ~2.00. ~
Mr. Nelson is to see Sohoor and ask him about action at
Silver Lake.
Olsson submitted his resignation on t:;e Park Board, due
to too much work as manager-engineer.
The meeting was adjourned.
