REQUEST FOR FEES WAIVED FOR MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY
ASSOCIATION
Attached is a letter from Jim Leighton, Director, St. Paul District of Muscular
Dystrophy, requesting fees waived for usage the Mathaire/McKenna room to hold a
lock-up on Tuesday, November 16, 2004.
REQUEST FOR USAGE OF JPM KITCHEN BY MAR1NO CATERING
COMPANY
Attached is a letter of request for usage of JPM Kitchen by Marino Catering
Company.
OLD BUSINESS
A. 2005 RECREATION BUDGET
Recreation Director, Keith Windschitl, will discuss the 2005 proposed budget. He
will discuss changes that were made from 2004 to 2005. The joint City Council and
Park & Recreation Commission meeting will take place in the Gauvitte room on
Monday, October 4, 2004 at 7:00 p.m.
