ROLL CALL CONSENT AGENDA All items listed with asterisks (****) are considered to be routine by the Park & Recreation Commission and will be enacted as part of the consent agenda by one motion. 3. (****) APPROVAL OF APRIL 29, 2004 MINUTES 4. (****) APPROVAL PAYMENT OF BILLS LETTERS AND REQUESTS REQUEST FOR RENTAL DEPOSIT TO BE TRANSFERRED TO NEW 2005 DATE Attached is a letter of request from Lindsey Bjork requesting her JPM hall rental deposit originally dated for a reception date of Saturday, May 15, 2004 be transferred to Friday, May 13, 2005. OLD BUSINESS HUSET PARK LAND DISPOSITION Public Works Director/City Engineer, Kevin Hansen, and Community Development will be present to discuss the potential sale of land in Huset Park East with the intent of generating revenue for park redevelopment. NEW BUS1NESS 2004 RECREATION BUDGET MEETING The joint Park and Recreation Commission and City Council Budget meeting will be held on October 4, 2004.
