The wedding is to take place in July of 2002. I am the president of the Columbia Heights Athletic Boosters, and my wife and I have been active members since 1995. Both of our daughters attended Columbia Heights public schools for thirteen years each and graduated, with highest honors, from high school. They were actively involved in athletics and the community. They worked as volunteer coaches for the Parks and Recreation Department Although we reside in Fridley, all our civic and volunteer activities have occurred in Columbia Heights. We hope the board will see fit to authorize our request. Sincerely, Connie and Terry Reye~ '
