BOOSTERS AWARD CABINET
Motion by Fowler, second by Ruettimann that we allow the Columbia
Heights Boosters to build the trophy cabinet in the front entry.
All ayes, motion carried. This is done with the stipulation that
the plans be given to Casey for approval.
REPORTS
Salsbury informed the members that the pump at the Mathaire wading
pool had burned out once and it may be out again. There is
considerable settlement in the pool which is effecting the
filteration and circulation pumps. We will be exploring options
for correction this winter. The worse case scenario would be
reconstructing the pool. Hopefully another solution is possible.
The pool is heavily used.
Hollom said that it had been brought to his attention that there
has been smoking in the hall and that it should be brought to the
attention of the security officers and caretakers.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Ruettiman, second by Peterson to adjourn at 7:45 p.m.
All ayes, motion carried.
The Commission proceeded to City Hall for a budget meeting with the
City Council.
