RESOLUTION NO. 2005-26
BEING A RESOLUTION FOR THE REVOCATION
OF CERTAIN MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
5TH STREET, 37TH A VENUE TO 39 TH AVENUE
38TH AVENUE, UNIVERSITY AVENUE SERVICE DRIVE TO 5TH STREET
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights that the streets hereinafter described as
Municipal State Aid Streets should be revoked under the provisions of Minnesota Laws.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS
MINNEOTA that the streets described as follows, to wit:
5TH STREET, FROM 37TH A VENUE TO 39TH A VENUE
38TH A VENUE, FROM UNIVERSITY A VENUE SERVICE DRIVE TO 5TH STREET
be, and hereby are, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner
of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Deputy City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two
certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration.
