Paperbacks have been received and processed. B Withdrawn Items. Items were withdrawn from the system and recycled. C Magazines. Magazine labels were typed. II MAINTENANCE PROJECTS A Fire Extinguishers. Gauges were checked on April 29, 2005. B Security Gates. Filters were cleaned on April 29, 2005. C. Air Fresheners. Changed on April 29, 2005. D. Drinking Fountain. Placed call to Public Works concerning leak in upstairs fountain. III TRAINING A Essential Skills. Attended 3 hrs of SIRSI Essential Skills training. B. Performance Evaluation. Prepared employee portion for annual PE. IV MISCELLANEOUS A ILL Drawer/N otebook. Both items were maintained. B. Paperback Display. New paperbacks display was maintained. C. Book Donations. Sorted book sale donations for items that could be used in COH collection. Remaining items were packed and stored for the book sale. D. Patron Request Authorization Forms. Worked on cleaning up a data field in our system to get ready for the SIRSI migration. Have completed from A - K in Patron Request Authorization Form Manual. E. Shelf Reading Assignment. Reconfigured the upstairs shelf-reading list to more accurately represent sections and shelf-reading assignments. April shelf-reading assigned and posted. During the month of April, there was a shelf-reading challenge for pages with prizes for pages completing all of their assigned shelves. Five pages received a prize this month.
