that are not circulating leaving room for the new titles to be purchased in 2004.

the E Non fiction, J Non fiction, J fiction and Y A Fiction.
D. Children's Clerk Kelly Olson submitted the following report as to the status of the magazine
collection:
Work on the magazine project began this month. The majority of our periodicals we retain for
three years (2001, 2002, 2003) and current year. Holdings have been pulled, withdrawn, and
recycled through Library Journal. The intention is for this project to be completed by the end of
January. We do keep Newsweek, Time, U.S. News and World Report, Consumer Reports, and
Consumer's Research for five years. I am still waiting on delivery to resume on Bon Appetit,
House Beautiful, and Outdoor Life. Our EBSCO customer service representative is very helpful
on contacting publishers whenever I have any sort of problem.
