The children's department has gotten off to a busy fall schedule. Two sessions of pre-
school story hour have 80 registrants and two sessions of Tiny Tots have 40 registrants.
Classes from Immaculate Conception School are continuing to use the library on a regularly-
scheduled bases.
Thanks go to the Friends for sponsoring Ross Sutter at the October Senior Citizen program
through an Anoka County Community Development Block Grant. Mr. Sutter presented a program
of folksongs from Germany, Scandinavia, and the British Isles. Thanks go to Margaret
inderson, Eilen Rosenthal, Pauline Rusinyak, and Rose Wagamon for the carrot bars they
baked and to Margaret Anderson, Nancy Rathbun, Evelyn Reinholdson, Pauline Rusinyak, and
Aileen Sturdevant for helping to serve. Because of Veteran's Day falling on a Wednesday
this year~ November's senior citizen program will take place on the 18th.
