CIRCULATION REPORT
In regard to the circulation: September seems to have been a typical
month -- 3842 this year and 3826 last year. October picked up to 4890
which is about 600 more than October last year.
In the months of September and October there were added to the book list:
9 - Easy books
28 - Junior fiction
14 - Junior non-fiction
36 - adult fiction
50 - adult non-fiction
Since the first of November the method of checking out books has been
simplified and the duplicate card system discarded. 55 new books have
been cataloged and prepared for the stacks.
It is doubtful how many more books have been ordered so we are awaiting
new shipments to decide the balance that can be ordered yet this year. A
new order list is being prepared.
Story time is on Wednesday afternoon at 4:30 lead by Mrs. Hamilton.
