BEING A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
HEARING FOR ZONE 5 2001 STREET SEAL COAT
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a Street Rehabilitation Program which divides the
City into seven zones and,
WHEREAS, staffhas been preparing preliminary plans and developing the Feasibility Report(s)
for Zone 5 of the Annual Street Rehabilitation Program. (Streets included in Zone 5 are located
from University Avenue to Central Avenue, 44~ Avenue to 48th Avenue and Quincy Street to
Central Avenue, 41st Avenue to 44~ Avenue.)
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF COLUMBIA
HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA that a Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements
on the 19th day of March, 2001 in the Council Chambers located at 590 40th Avenue NE, at 7:00
p.m., and the City Manager shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.
