BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1160,
CITY CODE OF 1977, AS AMENDED, AND PERTAINING TO THE POWERS OF THE
COLUMBIA HEIGHTS COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICERS
The City of Columbia Heights does ordain:
3.203 (7)
Chapter 3, Article II, Section 3 (7) of Ordinance No. 853, City Code of 1977, as
amended which currently reads as follows, to wit:
Persons hired as community service officers in the police department are
authorized to issue a citation in lieu of arrest or continued detention to persons
violating the following sentence of this Code, to wit:
