BEING AN CRDINANCE OONVEYING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO D%VID AND
MARLAINE SZUREK
The City of Columbia Heights does ordain:
Section 1:
The City of Columbia Heights shall convey the followir~
described real estate to David and Marlaine Szurek,
to-wit:
Lots 49 and 50, except the East 90 feet of the South 130
feet of said Lot 50, as measured alon~ the south and east
lines, respectively, of said Lot 50, and except that part
of the North 175 feet of said Lots 49 and 50 lyin~ westerly
of a line drawn from a point on the north line of said
Lot 49 distant 27.42 feet east of the northwest corner
of said Lot 49 to a point on the south line of the North
175 feet'of said Lot 50 distant 20 feet east of the south-
west corner of the North 175 feet of said Lot 50, and
except the South 140 feet of Lot 49, and except t~ South
140 feet of the West 20 feet of said LOt 50;
Ail in Block 3, "RESER~DIR HI~J~" Columbia Heights, Anoka
County, Minnesota.
Reservin~ and subject to a roadway and utility easement
in favor of the City of Coltm~bia Heights, a municipal
corporation,-over that part lyin~ within 45.00 feet of
a point on the north line of said Lot 49, distant 33.54
feet east of the northwest corner of said LOt 49, and an
additional utility easement for stom sewer a~ross the
north 15.00 feet of said Lots 49 and 50 not lying within
previously described roadway easement.
Ail in Block 3, "RESER%I)IR HILLS" Columbia Heights, Anoka
County, Minnesota.
Section 2:
The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to ~ecute a
quit claim deed to aco0mplish said conveyance.
Section 3:
This Ordinance shall be in full force ar~ effect from and
after thirty (30) days after its passage.
