Ordinance No.943 would have established the Traffic Commission as a review board to
hear requests for variances dealing with traffic visibility problems. The members of
the Traffic Commission met with the City Attorney and, after lengthy discussion,
decided to recommend that the Council not adopt this ordinance.
At the Council meeting of May llth no action was taken by the City Council on this
ordinance.
