RECEIVED OF PATRICK ALLEN GRADY AND DORIS ANN GRADY, the sum of Fifty Dollars
($50.00) as earnest money and in part payment for the purchase of the property des-
cribed as follows:
Lot 59, (Ex. W. 2.1 ft.) Block 65, Columbia Heights
Annex, according to the map or plat thereof of record
and on file with the County Recorder in and for Anoka
County, Minnesota
which property the undersigned agree to buy for the sum of One hundred Dollars
($100.00), which Buyers agree to pay in the following manner:
$50.00 Earnest money paid
$50.00 Cash, on October 15, 1980, the date of closing
Subject to Seller's Council agreeing to sell by ordinance and subject to performance
by Buyers, the Seller agrees to execute and deliver a Quit Claim Deed to said real
estate. Buyers are aware that Seller does not have marketable title to the said
real estate and that Seller makes no warranties of title. Buyers shall pay any real
estate taxes due in the year 1981 and thereafter.
Seller agrees to deliver possession not later than closing date.
Buyers agree not to revoke their offer to purchase this property and agree
to allow Seller to accept the offer herein made until at least October 1, 1980.
Delivery of all papers and monies shall be at the office of Peterson & Kalina,
Chartered, 556 - 40th Avenue Northeast, Columbia Heights, Minnesota, 55421.
